Flying like a bird after only a few days of paragliding lessons is a mind blowing experience and a privilege that only Paragliders can give. Paragliding in the UK began in the Derbyshire Peak District in the late 1980's and soon pilots were flying from sites in the adjacent areas of Staffordshire,Yorkshire and Cheshire, and it's still the best place to learn to fly Paragliders in Britain. From the Peak District pilots have flown Paragliders to Wales, Hull, Cambridge and as far south as London. Situated in the middle of the country, the Peak District is the ideal place for paragliding and is only1 hour from Liverpool, Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Manchester, Stoke and Sheffield, and less than 3hrs from London. This is the perfect place to learn Paragliding, and Adrenaline Paragliding School, located in the heart of the Peak Park between Buxton and Ashbourne, is right in the middle of it all. In fact we can see 4 of our 28 training sites from the front door!

Once the basic skills of Paragliding have been learnt in beginners school, students can progress to fly the World on Paragliding holidays in Spain, the Alps, Brazil and the Himalayas. Adrenaline Paragliding School is unusual in having a fully independent equipment shop and the experience to take pilots from complete Paragliding beginners to flying in the most extreme locations in the World, all with the same Instructor. With small groups and the best safety record in the business, exciting, fun times are guaranteed.
